When the insulation system is designed to keep the dry state, the protective shell/cladding outside the insulation system would need to protect the insulation materials, but also prevent water vapor ingresses. If the insulation system becomes damp, the effect of the insulation will be reduced and it becomes possible that the protected pipe or vessel absorbs or dissipates heat, which deviates from the original design of the thermal insulation system. Common practice it is use a metal or aluminium cladding to wrap the thermal insulation material layer.
Trinity uses UV Curable OIP as an excellent alternative Cladding for pipe outer layer in anti-corrosion and insulation.
Trinity OIP Non-Metallic Cladding UV Laminates provides a seamless physical property that meet with International Standards and blend into the environment by our innovative formulation with selective use of advance composite materials.
